Create your workspace

Get early access, create your account and set up your workspace in a few minutes.

Bitrack is in early access, so new workspaces are opened by invitation. It’s free while we’re in early access, and you don’t need a credit card.

Request early access

  1. Go to bitrack.app and choose Request early access.
  2. Enter your name, your work email, your company and a few words about your team.
  3. Choose Request early access.

We review requests in the order they arrive and usually reply within 2 working days. When your request is approved, you’ll get an email with a button to create your workspace.

Create your account

  1. Open the email and choose Create my workspace.
  2. Your name and email are already filled in. Choose a password with at least 8 characters, or choose Continue with Google if you use Google at work.
  3. Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, then choose Continue.
  4. Name your workspace (usually your company’s name) and finish.

If you signed up with a password, we send a 6-digit code to your email to confirm it’s really yours. Enter it to continue. Signing up with Google skips this step for Gmail and Google Workspace addresses.

Set up your workspace

A short setup guide opens next. Each step can be changed later in Settings.

  1. Your workspace: your company name, time zone, currency and how dates are shown. We fill in what we can from your browser.
  2. Your kind of work: pick the closest match (for example Digital agency or IT services / MSP). Bitrack suggests the services, task statuses and templates that fit; keep them, edit them, or start empty.
  3. Your brand: upload your logo and choose your colours. Your workspace, client portal, emails and documents will match.
  4. Your team: invite the people you work with, each with the right level of access. You can skip this and do it later.

When you finish, you land on your dashboard with a Getting started list that walks you through your first client and project.
