What’s really different

Automations versus delivery

Dubsado’s strength is workflows: forms, emails, invoices and tasks that fire from client actions, which suits a solo business with a repeatable process. Bitrack focuses on delivery for a team, with projects, milestones, budgets, timers and approved timesheets.

Support after launch

Bitrack tracks support hours, retainers and rollover, and runs tickets with response targets that clients see in the portal. If your work ends at handover, Dubsado’s project and task tools may be enough.

Payments and booking

Dubsado takes card and ACH payments, plus Affirm and Klarna, and includes a scheduler on Premier. Bitrack puts bank transfer details on invoices, with card payments planned, and clients request meetings in the portal.

Team access

Dubsado includes 3 extra users and lets you customize access per user. Bitrack adds a per-person data scope, so each teammate sees only the clients and projects they work on, and keeps client logins in an encrypted vault.

Questions

Is Bitrack a good Dubsado alternative for agencies?

If you run a team delivering projects, retainers and support tickets, yes. If you are a solo business that lives on automated workflows and booking, Dubsado is likely the better fit.

Does Bitrack have automated workflows like Dubsado?

Not multi-step workflows. Bitrack automates pieces of the agency flow instead, like agreements drafted from the accepted proposal, recurring tasks and invoices, invoice reminders and support hour alerts.

Can clients pay by card in Bitrack?

Not yet. Invoices carry your bank transfer details, and Bitrack records partial payments and sends receipts. Online card payments are planned.

How much does Bitrack cost?

Bitrack is free during early access. Paid plans will come later, and the price has not been announced yet.
